The extra virgin olive oil from our mill is obtained solely through mechanical processes and without the addition of any product. Unrefined and unfiltered, it is cold extracted to preserve the organoleptic properties and the quantity of antioxidant substances naturally present in the fruit.

WHO WE ARE

The Cirulli Oil Mill has been operating in the sector for around 70 years, when Nicola Cirulli, an agricultural entrepreneur, following his instincts and realizing his organizational skills, began the milling business in Andria (Puglia) in the 1950s, starting to produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Giuseppe, son of Nicola Cirulli, continues the business assisted by his sons Nicola and Raffaele who begin to bring innovation. The management of the three's business led to the establishment of the current Cirulli oil mill, inaugurating the brand new headquarters with cutting-edge systems and increasing the cultivated area from 10 to 50 hectares of property.
